Basic terms ​

1. Slides ​

All courses are based on a slide principle, similar to Microsoft PowerPoint. Each slide consists of content items (components) and transitions. Additionally, you can create interactions between content items and transitions.

2. Transitions ​

There are two kinds of transitions between slides:

• Cut Transition: The target slide will be displayed immediately without transition.
• Video Transition: Between start slide and target slide, a video will play, which has been uploaded to the Exploodo platform before. This could, for instance, be a camera movement from one room to the next.

3. Content items (components) ​

You can create the following types of content items:

• Text
• Images
• Icons
• Videos
• Audio

4. Achievements ​

You can create achievements to check or analyze a course participant's progress in the course.

Example: How many questions have been answered correctly? Which percentage of the course has been finished?
